Dear XIS Parents,
During this year’s Open House Day, we would like to offer the services of our technology team to help you with any and all, ICT related items. These items may include:
- Ensuring you have access to Managebac, our school’s report card and student information system.
- Updating your phone number and or email address in the school’s database.
- Access to the school’s WeChat page, this is quickly becoming one of the most used ways to get information about events at the school and is designed to be a secure channel from the school to the parents. The only way to access the page is through the registration of parent phone numbers.
- Replacement/payment for secondary student printing/access cards.
- Replacement and/or updating of parent access cards for entry and exit.
The booth will be setup at the entrance to of the Secondary School and will be available from 9:00am until 12:00pm on the the day of the Open House. We hope this service will be helpful to you, so that you can take full advantage of the XIS technology, information and communication systems.
